How do I add a pet?+
Open Petmello → tap the + button on the Home screen (or the pet switcher at the top) → 'Add pet'. Enter your pet's name, species, and birthday. You can add a photo and details like breed, weight, vet clinic, and allergies at any time.
Why can I only add one pet?+
The free plan includes one pet profile. Upgrade to Petmello Pro for unlimited pets, plus Care Circle family sharing and exportable vet summaries.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?+
On iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Petmello → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Petmello → Cancel. You'll keep Pro access until your current billing period ends.
How do I restore my Pro subscription on a new phone?+
Open Petmello → Profile → tap 'Restore' (or 'Restore purchases' on the Pro screen). Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase.
Is my data private?+
Your pets, photos, health records, and notes are private to your account. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on the providers we use and your rights.
How do I delete my account?+
The fastest way is from inside the app: open Petmello → Profile tab → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete account" → confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately. Full instructions and an email-based alternative are at /delete-account.
