We're sorry to see you go.
Fastest: delete from inside the app
Open Petmello on your phone and follow these steps:
- Tap the Profile tab
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
- Confirm in the dialog
Your account and all data are removed immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All your pet profiles and their details
- Care tasks, reminders, and streaks
- Health records and weight history
- Memories, photos, and milestones
- Care Circle membership and shared-care data you own
What we retain
- Anonymized analytics with no personal info attached
- Records we're legally required to keep (e.g., financial transactions for tax purposes)
- Backups, which are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle
Can't access the app?
If you can't sign in or the in-app flow isn't working, email us from the address associated with your Petmello account:

⚠️ Cancel your subscription first
If you have an active Petmello Pro subscription, cancel it through Apple or Google before deleting your account. Otherwise you may continue to be charged after deletion (Apple/Google handle billing, not us).
- iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Petmello → Cancel
- Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Petmello → Cancel
